TJS Home Solutions was born of an important need; to give back & to serve the community.
Growing up, I was exposed to how things worked and became fascinated with learning how to pull things apart and put them back together. This was a hobby of mine that, at the time, I didn’t know was grooming me to become a better businessman for my home solutions business.
Moving to the corporate world meant slowing things down on the physical aspect. I was doing great at it, but a few years ago, the gaps and lapses present in a corporate environment really started to get to me.
I noticed that there was a template for attending to every customer: the same lists, the same requirements, just anything to protect the corporation’s bottom line. I also noticed that some customers left more confused than they originally were.
I began to ask myself the question, “Do I belong here?” ‘Won’t it be better to treat each customer uniquely and according to their needs?’ Though the pay was great, the customer service was not the trusting, personable, and direct way I knew was better.
